Maruti Suzuki India Limited has been a pioneer in the automotive industry and being an industry leader in the passenger car segment it has given utmost priority to developing capabilities of its people across the value chain. To meet this objective, Maruti Suzuki Training Academy was established in the year 2012. Maruti Suzuki ensures holistic development of its employees, dealers and automobile aspirants by focusing on behavioral, technical and functional skills by training them in technical requirements across production, supply chain and dealership. DSEU & MSIL have entered into an agreement with an objective to work as industry- academia partners which will assist and guide for On-The-Job (OJT) Training, Knowledge Transfer, Learning and Skill building of the selected youths who have been enrolled into BBA (Retail). The OJT location may include all the sites of MSIL Authorized Dealerships across Delhi-NCR.
