DSEU Okhla II Campus (Erstwhile Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering, DITE) is strategically located in the Okhla Industrial Area, one of the most highlighted industrial areas of Delhi. The Okhla II campus has a world-class infrastructure to assist the shift in the existing paradigm of skilling, acting as a means for DSEU to make skill acquisition aspirational and providing opportunities for all. Being a part of DSEU, the Okhla II campus will ensure compliance to National Education Policy 2020 guidelines, to enhance the experience of students and ensure quality training. Delhi Institute of Tool Engineering (Presently DSEU, Okhla-II campus) was initially established with technical and financial assistance from the Government of Italy with a motto to contribute towards the development of industries in and around Delhi through supply of trained manpower, undertaking job work of machining and manufacturing of sophisticated tools. DSEU Okhla-II Campus conducts the B. Tech Programs in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering and Computer Science Engineering. The DSEU Okhla-II campus is working with the aim of imparting quality technical education for the students residing in Delhi and outside of Delhi. The Campus has well established state of art labs in the area of Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science and Mechatronics engineering.

Okhla-II campus encourages the students to design and fabricate various projects in the field of mechanical and mechatronics streams and in this regard, students have been awarded at various levels. The Okhla-II campus has a well-established Training and Placement Cell headed by a dynamic team of faculty members and officers who have a vast experience in teaching, production and liaison with the industry. More than 23 companies visited the campus over the previous academic years. Some of these include Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Bajaj Auto Limited, Jay Bharat Maruti limited, Uno Minda, Raphe mPhibr, Addverb technologies, Knorr Bremse India, Mitutoyo, and Lynkit among many more. The main aim of the cell is to give the assistance for placements to the students and to improve the overall worth of students as per the demands of the market and the quantity of placements. Pre placement talks, Interactive sessions with the industry experts are organized by the cell on a regular basis, for the professional development of students. DSEU Okhla: II campus “DITE Innovation and Incubation Foundation (DITEIIF)” helps nurture startups and allows innovation of business models using creative thinking and problem-solving techniques. It provides for facilities such as co-working spaces, mentorships. DSEU Okhla – II campus has bagged sponsored research projects from Ministry of Science and Technology, Govt of India. These projects are aimed towards developing sustainable solution for the industry and protecting the environment.

Consultancy projects are also carried out at DSEU Okhla – II Campus for providing solution to the tooling industry. DSEU Okhla-II is one of the research center of DSEU to carry out the applied research in collaboration with industries and by conducting M. Tech and Ph. D programs of DSEU especially in the field of Tool and Mechanical engineering. The campus is well-connected to both the magenta and violet lines of the Delhi Metro, & is strategically placed to ensure that each student seeking world-class higher education and training has a campus of DSEU within a few miles from their residence.
