B.Sc.: Botany, Chemistry, University of Gorakhpur, Gorakhpur. Dr. Tripathi comes with more than two decades of experience in teaching, training, research, partnerships, and consultation. She is sufficiently accomplished in establishing international academic standards at the university level. She is now serving as a Founding Professor to establish the SOEHD and launch SEL as a core course cutting across different semesters and programs of DSEU in alignment with NEP 2020. She is also Nodal Project In-Charge of the Village Adoption Program under “Rajypal Vikas ke Rajdoot Campaign”. She serves as an External Advisor, DAB at Project & Monitoring Division, NCERT from 2021-2024. She is also part of the Advisory Committee of NCERT to implement GCED and ESD as part of the curriculum in all the classes (from class 1 to class 12) across India. She is a Ph.D. from the University of Allahabad; NET qualified and has a first-class academic career. Her work experience includes teaching/training online/offline of Class IV employees to Class I level officers (Police officers, District Administration Officials, etc.), Ph.D. Scholars, principals of colleges, PSU officials, CWG volunteers, defense personnel, Students of Pan-African Countries, corporates, and trade union leaders, apart from regular PG/UG level students. Her research interests include Quality Of Life, Sustainable Development, Quality of Work-life, Global Citizenship, emerging issues of management and technology like the impact of diversity and digitalization, change in societal values on career decisions etc. Her other areas of interest include emotional intelligence, leadership, innovative work practices, social audits, attrition etc. She has presented/written more than 50 research papers in International and National journals of repute. She also has a patent in the area of CRM.
