Mrs. Sushma Sharma is a team player with strong communication skills and capabilities that contribute to the organisation’s objectives. She has been serving as a Lecturer in MBIT for 31 years. She has diligently delivered her responsibility of being the In-Charge of the Library and Information Science Department since 2004. As the Library In-Charge she has ensured equipping the Library at MBIT with state-of-the-art facilities.

Mrs. Sharma is a member of various committees at the Institute and Directorate level. Her innovative ideas have allowed the committees to explore new areas of development for the staff and students.

She believes that learning never stops and would like to pursue management related online courses to upgrade her working vistas and keep her up to date with the latest development in the field of academics.
