Dr. Surendra Kumar Gupta is a Lecturer in the Electronics Engineering Department at Ambedkar Institute of Technology since July 2002. He has been the Chief Security Officer and Coordinator – Red Ribbon Club, and Coordinator – EduSat. He is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and an Associate Member of IE (I). His research interests include Digital Systems and Printed Antenna.
He was working as Non-Commissioned Officer/Quality Assurance Services (Avionics) – Inspector in Indian Air Force from Feb 1991 to Feb 2000. He has worked as Lecturer – ECE at Moradabad Institute of Technology, Moradabad, India from February 2000 to June 2002.
He has authored around 20 research papers in international journals/conferences and published 3 books, which are: 1. Printed Antenna -Theory and Design (International) 2. Microprocessors (National) 3. Microprocessor System Design and Interfacing
He is a reviewer for several journals of National/International repute and Editorial Board Member of Insight-Communication Journal, Singapore.
He has conducted workshops and lectures on Voluntary Blood Donation and HIV/AIDS awareness under Red Ribbon Club. Also, he has conducted career/qualification advancement lectures for students. Under the able guidance of the Principal, and his coordination, Ambedkar Institute of Technology is awarded the “Award of Excellence” for organizing Voluntary Blood Donation under the Red Ribbon Club.
