Dr. Shalini Sharma is working as Presiding Officer of the ICC (Internal Complaint Committee for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace). She has participated in and organized many seminars, webinars, and workshops. She has been a member of various committees and boards like the Editorial Committee, Examination Cell, Disciplinary Committee, Cultural Committee, and Interview Board for selection of guest faculties for UG and PG courses.

She has presented and published many research/reviews in reputed pre-reviewed journals and book chapters.
