Ms. Sangeeta Bhatia is a UGC JRF (1986-88), and CSIR SRF fellow(1991). Her areas of interest include Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry. After serving in various academic capacities at institutions like Nehru Institute of Pharmacy, College of Pharmacy (Delhi) & Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak, she joined Meerabai Institute of Technology in 1998 as a Lecturer.

With a teaching experience spanning over two and a half decades, Ms. Bhatia has consistently upgraded on the professional front through career enhancement programs offered by bodies of national repute like All India Institute of Medical Sciences, National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research, All India Council for Technical Education & Department of Science and Technology. Since 1988, she has contributed to the institution in various dimensions as Member Technical Committee (Procurement), Lead Academic Cell, and Lead Cultural Activity Cell. She has been closely associated with key processes like annual affiliation of the Department of Pharmacy (DSEU Maharani Bagh Campus) with Pharmacy Council of India, recruitment interviews (Part-Time Faculty & Technical Staff), and CET admission process.

She has been associated with external examination procedures at various levels from resource person-cum-evaluator (IGNOU, BTE & DIPSAR) to an observer(CET, DTTE).
