Mr. Prabal Kumar has academic experience of more than 10 years. Before joining Guru Nanak Dev DSEU Rohini Campus he was a Molding Incharge in Raj-Vijay Corporation, Agra for 1 year 6 months and a Molding Engineer at Neolite Industries Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi and Haryana Unit for 2 years and 6 months. Apart from teaching, he has performed various allied duties such as lab development activity, conducted Board of Technical Education (BTE) exams, admission duties, Proctorship etc. His interest area lies in Advance Plastic Processing Development, Plastic Waste Management, Biodegradable Polymer, New Technology Development in the field of Plastic Engineering and Industrial Management. He has done research work on Plastic Waste Recycling and management.

Mr. Prabal Kumar has received a Training Certificate on “Chemical and Cosmetics” by Small Industries Development Organisation, Government of India, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a certificate of Proficiency in “Chromatographic Analysis (Gas Chromatograph)” at Advanced Training Institute, Chennai and a certificate in “Advancements in Plastic Processing” at Indian Industries Association, Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

Mr. Prabal Kumar has attended national and international seminars on various topics such as  Technical Textiles, and Integration of Face The World Skills in Course Design and Delivery. He has also participated in an online Capacity Building Program for “Effective online Teaching Assessment and Communication Skills” organised by Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, Delhi.
