Dr. Om Prakash Regar has more than 23 years of experience teaching Chemistry. Before joining Guru Nanak Dev DSEU Rohini Campus he was a scientist at DRDO and S.L.A. at Public Health and Engineering Department (P. H. E. D), government of Rajasthan. Currently he is serving as H.O.D. and  in charge of the Department of Sciences and Humanities for the last 3 years. During this tenure he has also been associated with academic and administrative activities such as In Charge of Horticulture, purchasing of departmental items, SC/ST cell, member of Women Harassment Prevention Committee, and member of Curriculum and Laboratory Development Committee. He has also worked as an Exam Deputy Superintendent for BTE exam, Centre Superintendent in spot evaluation and Chairperson in recruitment of part-time faculty. Dr Regar has also written several research papers and books.
