Mr. Rama Murthy Naik has been teaching in the Automobile Engineering department since 2011. Prior to that, he was an Assistant professor in Mechanical Engineering at Lovely Professional University. His research area includes manufacturing technology, material characterization, composite materials and automotive.

Mr. Murthy has published a paper in an international conference at IIT Roorkee on “Impact damage detection in GFRP laminates through ultrasonic imaging” and presented a paper in a national conference at Bangalore on “Characterization of mechanical Properties of glass/epoxy laminate with and without graphite particulate filler”
