The Women Works Fellowship programme will support women of Delhi in setting up their own enterprises or expanding their currently existing ventures. We understand that advancing women’s entrepreneurial skills drives economic growth and is part of inclusive and sustainable development. Women already embody some of the core entrepreneurial skills of problem-solving mindset, creativity, and innovation which they often use in their day-to-day lives. The Women Works Programme will build upon these soft skills through regular learning sessions organized for the women participants in their communities. In addition, basic financial, digital, and technical skills essential for becoming successful entrepreneurs would also be developed among women. The programme will follow a fellowship structure wherein 50 Women Fellows will be inducted to work at AHCs to support women in setting up their own businesses. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND STRATEGY CONSULTANT Responsible for helping women navigate the hurdles in setting up a new enterprise. Support the Fellows in different aspects of helping set up a new business, including the following domains: keeping accounts, managing finance, legal work, packaging, building a brand and sales etc Ensure quality control of products/services and create robust quality assurance tracking system Ensure up to date due diligence of women led businesses is conducted and documented; provide technical support as required Develop business strategies which are sustainable in the long term and help the women entrepreneurs gradually expand their business without the support of Fellows Strategize business activities and research according to the needs outlined by the women entrepreneurs. Are there any circumstances under which the Fellowship will be terminated before 2 years?
