The highly specialized ADAM course run under Auto Mechatronics Research Centre (AMRC), Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University, Okhla I campus (Previously known as G B Pant Institute of technology) offers electrical, mechanical, electronics / embedded system, vehicle systems and soft skills modules. The training will be imparted in the areas of electrical and electronics technology, advanced automobile systems / engineering and its diagnosis, practical hands-on experience on a Mercedes Benz and a factory visit at Mercedes Benz India Limited (optional).
After completion of this course the students will be able to:
Admissions :- Admissions are on the basis of AAEE (ADAM Admission Entrance Exam) at All India Level. Candidates passing the entrance test are eligible for admission in the ADAM course. The AAEE will comprise of objective type questions from the areas of Basics of Electrical Engg, Basics of Electronics Engg, Basics of Automobile Engg, Basics of Mechanical Engg, Physics, English language, Numerical Ability, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge & Current affairs. Equal weightage shall be given to each section of the areas identified. The candidates are also required to appear for the Practical / Skill Test, in continuation to theory examination. Isometric, orthographic projections & its symbols, Measurements using Vernier caliper, Measurements using multi-meter, identifying various components etc., shall be the brief content of the practical / skill test.
