Lalit Kumar, works as the Head of AC Control Training Operator at DMRC (Delhi Metro) 12 years after he completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Guru Nanak Dev Polytechnic College, Rohini, now known as DSEU Rohini Campus. Immediately after the diploma, he got the opportunity to work with two different companies. Lalit also completed his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Lalit has been awarded for Best Train Operation by Delhi Metro twice. Besides being a sincere and hardworking person, Lalit also credits the teachers of his Diploma Institute who supported him during his diploma studies and further when he needed advice.
“Pursuing a diploma immediately after class 10th gives better chances of employment because here you will get practical knowledge and all companies are looking for people with relevant practical knowledge”, said Lalit. Lalit expressed that his diploma degree has helped boost his career.
