Ms. Udita Malaviya has worked in a few private companies before joining the Department of Training and Technical Education in November, 1990. She has been working at DSEU Pitam Pura Campus (Formerly known as Kasturba Institute of Technology) since then. During her entire tenure as a lecturer in DSEU Pitam Pura Campus, she held many important portfolios of the Institute by holding the charge of Class In-charge, Purchase Officer, Student Advisor, Project Officer Community Polytechnic (CDTP), Member-TASSKS committee for DSEU Pitam Pura Campus, Chairperson of Internal Complaint committee of DSEU Pitam Pura Campus, Centre Superintendent for BTE Exams, I.P. University Coordination In-charge and have also officiated several times as Principal, DSEU Pitam Pura Campus in the absence of the then Principal.

She has been appointed as the Officiating Principal for DSEU Pitam Pura Campus since October 2016. Apart from being a good teacher, she has been a good administrator also. She has been taking care of her responsibilities with utmost sincerity and dedication. Under her able leadership, the Institute is nurturing students to become responsible human beings with values which are embedded for life. DSEU Pitam Pura Campus under her strong administration is committed to providing students in-depth knowledge & wisdom, develop their character and moral values, and strengthen them with skills and attributes to become a problem solver and critical thinker.
