Established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, Telecom Sector Skill Council is an industry led apex body, a not-for-profit organization, committed to developing world-class skilled manpower for the telecom industry. The organization is a joint collaboration between Cellular Operators Association of India, India Cellular & Electronics Association, and National Skill Development Corporation under the aegis of the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology and the Department of Telecommunications. TSSC has certified over 6.5 lac people already work and has approximately 500 training partners with 1000+ training centers across the country and continues to strive forward with a commitment.

The agreement between DSEU and TSSC is primarily focused on working together for the delivery of futuristic programs to the students of DSEU and other aspirants of Delhi/NCR. This includes co-certification of DSEU with TSSC for various programs to be offered under the ‘Centre of Excellence’ (CoE) of DSEU, wherein DSEU shall build the capacity while operating as Train the Trainer (ToT) academy for the futuristic programs and placement support by TSSC to the students of CoE.
