Mr. Shashank Gupta served in various institutions like KPIT, AIT, GB Pant Institute of Technology from 1995 to 2007. In 2007, he was posted to Ch. Brahm Prakash Govt. Engineering College Jaffarpur to develop the Information Technology Department and the college.

He also worked as HoD (IT), OSD (Acad), etc. At Jaffarpur, he Served as Deputy Director (Establishment-I) branch at Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) from 2015 to Feb 2016. He worked as HOD (IT) at DSEU Dwarka Campus from 2010-2020, from where he embarked on his journey as the Principal at DSEU Dwarka Campus.

He has been assigned various responsibilities in DTTE especially in the establishment of new institutes like Kasturba Institute of Technology, Ambedkar Institute of Technology, and Govt. Engineering College at Jaffarpur. Notably looked after Polytechnic’s establishment while working as Dy. Director (E-1) and handling of legal issues (court cases of both CAT/High Court/Supreme Court), Career Advancement Schemes of faculty members.

Additionally, he has worked as Master Trainer in various Lok Sabhas during Delhi Vidhan Sabha election 2013-14 at District and State Level in all General Elections, specifically 2013 Vidhan Sabha, 2014 Lok Sabha, 2019 Lok Sabha and 2020 Vidhan Sabha. He is also a member of the State Level Affiliations committee constituted by Delhi Govt. during 2000-2001 to process applications of upcoming institutes under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University for different courses. He co-authored a book on Best Practices on Election Training.
