Mrs. Pooja Kaul has academic experience of more than 14 years. Before joining Guru Nanak Dev DSEU Rohini Campus she worked as a lecturer in Delhi College of Engineering for over 3 years, as an Assistant Manager in High Polymers Labs Ltd., Faridabad for 2 years, as a member of Research and Development Department at Sperry Plastics Ltd., Greater Noida for 2 years 6 months, and as a Technical Coordinator in Fertiliser Association Of India, Delhi for 1 years and 6 months. She has also worked in the R & D department for testing and characteristic identification of the industrial samples, production planning, training and development and new product development. She worked as an Upscaling In- charge for the product developed in R & D, and was responsible for the feasibility study, troubleshooting, energy calculation, utility requirements, material of construction and handling procedures.

Mrs. Kaul has done research on production of biodiesel from non-edible seeds in her M. Tech. project in IIT, Delhi. She is also involved in development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments in the Board of Technical Education (BTE) examinations. She has also undertaken various allied duties such as Proctorship, and admission duties. She was a Branch Coordinator between the Chemical Engineering Department, and Training and Placement division of college and Synthetic Rubber Association.
