Dr. Kiran Pal has received several appreciation awards for commendable contribution and organizing events such as the 7th International day of Yoga, One Student One Tree, and reviewing the research paper at the International Conference in RAME-2016 at DTU, Delhi, India. Her current research interest includes Applications of generalized fuzzy set theory in Medical Diagnosis and Decision-making processes and various real-life decision-making problems.
Dr. Pal has participated in various short-term courses, faculty development programs, and workshops such as Automation in Manufacturing, Numerical Methods and its Applications in Engineering and Science, Application of Mathematics in Science and Engineering, Application mathematics in real-world problems, Sustainable product design and manufacturing (Phase III), Thermal performance and modeling of heat and flame resistant materials, Applications of thermal engineering in the manufacturing industry, and Future aspects in design, construction, and safety.
She is a life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education and presently working as State Public Information Officer of DSEU Okhla-II Campus. She has been the Nodal Officer for Cultural Activity, Sports Activity, and Yoga and Superintendent in Examination and Results Branch Cell.
