Mr. Devinder Kumar has teaching experience of over 20 years. His research interests include evolutionary algorithms, swarm intelligence, Machine learning, soft computing, and its real-world applications in optimal load flow and Multi-objective Economic load dispatch.

Mr. Kumar has served as Deputy Chief Admission Officer and Head of Part-time Evening courses for three engineering branches. He has also coordinated PWD Electrical & Sub-station and Fire-fighting work.  He has been a member of the TASSK committee and committee for the finalization of part-time evening courses. He has been involved in handling RTIs and recruitment & billing of part-time lecturers & non-teaching staff for G.B. Pant Institute of Technology.
