His area of interest includes industrial Automation and process controls as applicable for students of Mechanical engineering students and has been instrumental in preparation of the course syllabus on his subject for B.Tech (MET) & M.Tech.(TE) conducted under GGSIPU. 

He has working experience of MI-8 Helicopters in different operational units of Indian Airforce for the first ten years in beginning for power transmission, Landing gear systems and flight controls incl Main & Tail Rotor control systems till May 1993.
