Dr. Aman Borkar has more than 11 years of experience in academic, corporate and research. His research interest includes organisation development; change management; organized and unorganised retail sector; and ecological and institutional economics. Prior to this, he has served as an Assistant Professor at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai for five years. He has designed and launched a Summer and Winter School program on Organisation Development, Change and Leadership in Civil Society Organisations.

Dr. Borkar is a recipient of the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences – Max Planck Institute Fellowship (2012-2013) and Indian Council of Social Science research (2013-2015). He has guided more than 30 master’s dissertations in the areas of organisational development, social entrepreneurship, and globalisation and labour.
