Deloitte Visit
The school of BBA-BFSI DSEU Dwarka Campus organized an Industry visit to Deloitte & Touche Gurugram office on 24 August 2022 between 2 PM-6 PM. Total of 37 students along with Dr. Parul Kumar & Mr. Siddharth Kumar went for the visit. Initially, the students were settled in the training and conference hall where all the students were addressed by the Managing Director of Deloitte Mr. Jayant Nagdev. He addressed students about the history of Deloitte, its different business verticles, their business model, and market share. Session proceeded with questions from the students, which revolved around working cultute at Deloitte, prospects of training & placement opportunities, due digilance process followed by the company & career growth oppurtnuities. Managers, Senior assurance auditors & auditors also discussed their experiences and typical day in Deloitte office with the students. Most importantly they also addressed students about the way they manage their work as well as life, which they proudly call work life harmony. A hi tea arrangement has been made by the company for all the students & faculty members. Also, during this informal break, all the team members of the company interacted personally with the students. The visit commensurate with a tour of the deloitte facility, showcasing their conference rooms, meeting cum discussion areas, cafeteria and team rooms.
