BBA – Facilities and Hygiene Management Industrial Visit

The number of students attended : 25 (first batch) & 25 (second batch) Students from our Department of Facilities and Hygiene Management, BBA program, visited the CBRE Office, Gurugram and had the amazing opportunity to experience their world class revolutionized workspaces. This was 2 nd Batch of students, first batch visited on 07-May-22. 
The students were warmly welcomed by Ms. Anka Arora, Sr. General Manager, Facilities Management, Mr. Tarun Mudgal, Sr General Manager, Facilities Management and Mr. Rajinder Singh, Director, Property Management.  The orientation session was moderated by Mr. Rajesh Pandit himself. He is currently the Managing Director, Property Management and Head, Global Workplace Solutions, CBRE India. The visit was attended by 25 students. The students gets a hands-on exposure of how facilities and infrastructure of a giant firm like CBRE is maintained throughout. So, in order to develop an idea of what all the company handles and provides services of, one brief orientation was done for students by the speakers. The three aspects of the facilities management services i.e., Advisory services, Transactions and Outsourcing services were explained in the best innovative way possible by Mr. Pandit.
Also, for enhancing their understanding more on these topics, a detailed Office Premises Tour was done. The Deputy Manager, CBRE and Ms. Divya Negi, DSEU lead the students to take a complete round on 6th and 7th floors of the office. The space was wonderfully created and managed by the CBRE team. The entire session was quite live and very interactive for all the students in which they participated enthusiastically. Approx. two and half hours later, students and all the members had their refreshments along with an open Question and Answer session.  The students were elated with joy after a group photograph with all the members and the feedback shared from everyone was positive.
